This is my great grandmother, Sabra Bunton, b. 5-22-1817 - 2-23-1912 Daughter of James & Virginia Potter Bunton. She married Granville Washington "Wash" White, b. 1817 - d. 1865, son of Lawson H. & Mary Loyd White and grandson of Richard White, early settler of Johnson & Carter County, TN. Their children were:

1. Mary White, b. 1841, married: John F. Hatley
2. Raleigh Jackson White, b. 1844 - d. 1865. Killed in Civil War. He was in the Union Army.
3. Elizabeth White, b. 1845 - d. 1870, married Lafayette McQueen
4. Martha White, b. 1847, Hamilton Kinnick
5. Richard C. White. b. 1848, married Martha Josephine Sheffield (Robert T. Nave's Line)
6. Calvin Alexander White, b. 8-6-1850 - d. 12-20-1878, married 1st Laura Saphronia Perkins; 2nd Emma Catherine Stout Pollard
7. Thomas J. White, b. 1853 - d. 1940, married Mary Payne
8. Laswon White, b. 1855 - d. 1926 He died as the result of a gunshot wound. He was shot during an argument over a sweater, married Edith Forrester.
9. Giliminia "Gilly" White, b. 1858 - d. 1915, married: Dr. Robert Pool, M.D.
10. Jane White, b. 1860 - d. 1928, married Taylor Bunton
11. Angelene White. b. 1865 - d. abt. 1919, married: George Norris
