Amanda Louisa PERKINS Cook

This is my great-grandmother Amanda Louisa (Perkins) Cook. She was born Oct 13, 1871 in Johnson County. She is the daughter of James A.R. Perkins and Sarah Jane Slimp.

She married James T. Cook in 1885. She had 10 children: Elbert, Callie, Rose, Margaret (my grandmother), Mack, Robert, Fronia, Fred, Pearl, and Kathleen.
